I still don’t understand this. He set the slaves free and gave them all of the guard’s guns. Why is he negotiating as though from an inferior position? Couple of volleys from the slaves and those slavers will go running.
Note that on Tuesday Tarzan said “your people are badly armed”…I took this to mean that, despite having looted the armory, the slavers still had them outgunned.
