I think you need a Gibberish to English dictionary. Mac is from Manchester so he is a mancunian or as we southerners say “oh, one of them!”

This is a tough bunch of slang words. I think “defo” is short for “definitely,” “well mithering” means annoying or bothersome, and “bobbins” is rubbish.
