    You’re assuming they’re married, Marg.

Anyway, the stemware makes it easier for him to hold his water during the night.

Hey Claude, rub that bottle and see what kind of a weird genie comes out of it.

Stephen’s become much more particular about his water since Stephanie spiked it the last time.

Hi-de-ho, Cleo pals and puzzlers… including those peeking in from the wild!

Nobody here yet from 2020… though there may be by the time I post this.

I’m just oping nobody ran away from today’s puzzle…

in the August !st already!  2020 “CLEO and COMPANY”

Do it right on Sherpa…. if you LIKE it vertical…

    http://www.comicssherpa.com/site/feature?uc_comic=cscwy

But as you probably know, I suggest my side by side version:

    https://i.postimg.cc/bvfbgCmt/Cleo-nine-differences-Aug-1st-20.jpg

And copy whichever version you use into Paint or another drawing program… you’ll want to mark these differences.

    Some are tiny.

If you use Neil Winks GC Links, and do it directly on screen… … at least click it to make it bigger in a new window.

Don’t be afraid…. it looks scary… and not just the sea monsters.

It’s do-able. I did it, and it didn’t take as long as I feared.

Go forth, and solve, my dears!

I’ve got 5 so far. Looking on the tablet. If pirate Mike is on that pirate ship, he’s probably hiding under his bed after seeing what is in the water.

OK, puzzle pals … I was going to say “and pencil pushers,” just for a nice bit of alliteration…

but when was the last time you actually used a pencil?

I have drawing pencils, but I draw with markers, or on the computer…

And I do cryptic crosswords and sudoku … with erasable ballpoint pens. Much easier to see.

We used to have to vote our mail-in ballots with a #2 pencil.

There were so many complaints from people who didn’t own any pencils,

the county started putting teeny ones right in the envelopes… like mini-golf ones, but way skinnier.

Now they apparently have machines that can read regular ink.

    But I digress…

Oooh…. what a surprise. Imagine ME, digressing.

So…. is everybody finding all nine differences?

Come on… you can do it!

I’ll give you a big hint:

Every one of them is something just not quite the same as in the other panel.

There. Don’t tell Nighthawks I posted a spoiler like that.

    Does it help?

    Don’t thank me.

I wanted to help you get them all…

    So I can share today’s precious .gifT© from the semi-anonymous animation-solution-maker PERFECTIONISTA.

She is stel fretting over some of you peeking before you even try to find them all…

You know how she Can bi.

So… do your darnedest… see how far you can get.

One of them I thought was very tiny… I’ll tell you that…

and one is “slap-you-in-the-face” easy…. which can’t guarantee that you’ll notice, of course.

    Then after you’re done… compare your solution with the semi-anonymous animation-solution-maker PERFECTIONISTA’s. animation solution…

    Right here:

    Good luck!

I can’t believe I only got 6! But, I have to run, so I checked out the solution. Dang! There were two that I looked over a whole bunch of times, and one that Susan warned us about being easy, but invisible!

Fun ’toon, NH. Is this a preview of things to come? (or is my memory playing tricks again?)

Here’s another one I spotted right off. In one panel, the tire is a P215/R17. In the other it’s a P215/R16.

Is it just my imagination, or does the pirate ship look like a boot with a nail sticking out of it?

Good evening Balladeers, (((((Plods))))) and Miss Susan!Plods, Lake Erie, PA?? I spent MANY weekends in Erie, PA as a kid. My mom went to Nursing School in Erie and rented a room from a lady who had a big house and rented rooms to nursing students. My mom’s sister also did. My mom and Aunt kept in touch with her and we often spent many weekends with our “adopted Aunt”! She was a LOVELY lady!

I had seven and the last two were small changes in size. I actually tried to measure Claude’s exposed arm, but with my shaky hands and the monitor sitting two feet away from me, I could not measure a difference so I ruled it out. I suppose if I used a laptop with my ruler it would be easier.
