JPuzzleWhizElectronic item’s owner’s manuals require functional, if not fluent, reading ability in Engineering. They refuse to let them be translated into English. I tried at TI (I learn to use it and write a manual in English ad initio) and they absolutely refused to hire a professional writer unless they had an engineering degree.
