Right now, it can only be Navy ship mounted. We need to update the technology and break a few laws of physics so the military will individual issue it. We still have a warehouse of nuclear hand grenades nobody wants.
Hmmmmmm… an outgrowth of the infamous 300-amp Van DeGraaff generator which, thru a mathematical error in Ohms Law, should have been configured to be 300-milliamps !! Not many Scientists chuckled at their invention THAT day !
