Nancy: I showed my HISTORY COMICS to our teacher. Sluggo: Is Ms. Ortiz going to use them in class? Nancy: NO! She smiled, and told me that they were CUTE, and gave me a B+! I've never been so upset about a B+ in my life! Sluggo: You need an ice cream cone.......and a literary agent.

Ms. Ortiz probably went home and dug out the similar comic books she drew when she herself was Nancy’s age. She’d love to show them to the class, but the Dean wouldn’t approve. Some parent would complain to the Board.
