I’ve got a great weekend ahead of me for one thing.

And exactly two weeks from now, at 2:56 AM (9:10), Uncle Floyd aka Shirttail Slim hits #79. I may be a little tardy morning of the 11th “cause I’m goin’ downtown and have AT LEAST ONE shot of good ol’ Jack Daneil”s and a brewski. I emphasize the “at least one”, for I will surely have more than that.

Have one for me too Slim ;-)

I just might do that LS. In fact, in case I forget, I will dedicate the first JD to you now!! :-))

Had a lovely trip, and went to bed wayyyyyyyyyyy too late. Just woke up a bit ago, and have a ton to ketchup on…….

I’ll do my tour later today.

Had to close up the house……..there’s a wildfire about 40 miles west of us, and we’re getting the smoke……bummer!

Well, the wildfire is still burning. Not as big as they expected. But, it’s still about 30 miles west of our house.

We are still quite smokey……… thankfully it only got up to 70 degrees today, but it’s warm inside. Just fans to cool us.
