When you get a little older and learn from history there are certain truisms one should never forget.
A) If you give Republicans power and control they will cheat, steal, plunder, rob the public blind and feather their own nests.
B) If you give Democrats power and control they will cheat, steal, plunder, rob the public blind and feather their own nests.
If we are so naive to not understand that basic fact of life we deserve everything we get.
