Would like to hire the RAF to attack our weeds and the groundhog that will reappear soon from under the deck next door.

Dandelions are actually edible and sought after when tender.

After hours and hours spent yanking weeds whose seeds will be sharp and mean, the gentle dandelion has won me over. It hurts nothing. Its flowers are pretty. Its seeds are little poof balls for my little grandkids to play with just like every generation of toddlers before them.

Yeah, and of course there’s nothing better for a garden than a rain of shrapnel and powder residue. Ugh.
