    I’m glad to see that Albert is finally coming out of his shelled, if Pam carrot all she would offer a peas bargain with him. Just don’t act radish and both sides should be happy with what turnip in the bargaining.

    When I was a kid, I hated both Lima Beans AND Brussels Sprouts, because a friend of mine also hated them. Depending on how they’re fixed, I’ll eat them now. Guess I’ve grown up.

    The main reason that most kids that age don’t like vegetables is that many of them have a bit of bitterness in their taste, and at that age, they’re programmed to think that bitter means poison. (Think of the taste of the white stem on iceberg lettuce as a good example.) Pick the ones that aren’t bitter, such as peas, corn and carrots and be a bit imaginative in the seasoning. (Lemon and ginger go great on carrots, as an example.)
