Not small, Max, scrawny. Even hanging out at the Burger Barn isn’t putting weight on him.

Why should the trip home be somber? At least their season was REAL.

Maxwell, scarfing down Bacon cheeseburgers at the Burger Barn while trying to sweet text Menzie.

Menzie taps a few keys back to Bacon in P3. Oh trust me, I remember just how small you are. That’s why we’re not together anymore.

Is that supposed to be the school bus in P1? Looks like some sort of old trolley car.

Poor guy has a small wee wee too and he can’t fight. Might as well have transgender surgery.

Kind of a Humphry Bogart moment, or a bad Meg Ryan movie complete with the peacock flying off into the night. Either way, pitchers and catchers report in 3 months!I’m livestreaming WDIG right now and it ain’t pretty.

Where in blue blazes is Burger Barn? Not much of an ambience with that bathroom ceramic tile storefront. Maxwell looks so lonesome he could cry.

P-2: Wow, Cafe seating in April. Max has a walk in carry-out. Sounds like a place the Milford Vice Squad should be watching and a favorite of Marty Moon’s.

@MOP: how’s your art. I’d love for you to put Max on a mechanical pony ride as he talks about his smallness.

Max has driven back to Milford already, and has bought a bag of burgers before texting Kenzie, who is still on the bus trip. Max probably left the game early, so he in fact didn’t see the non-basket he’s complementing her about.

So what, he just left the gym after the game? Lame, why not walk out of the stands and say “good game” and all that crap afterwards like students usually do? And speaking of usually, you usually read Mopped Up Thorp, so don’t let today be an exception.

I knew someone probably had already commented on the “I’m small” statement as soon as I read P3. Of course it only took 4 comments to get to it. But nobody mentioned the sign in the window at Burger Barn. What are they advertising for $5.95? Balls? What kind of burger is that?

My first thought it was Doug the bald headed baby in the ‘DOG EAT DOUG’ comic. Looks like his bald head with a bib around his neck.

as an apology to Ellisburkes: Kenzie is secretly a science nerd. She’s attracted to Max because he is always readt to stand up for her while at the same time small enough to carry in a pouch. She thinks of him as a “pocket protector”.
