I recently returned from a trip to Puerto Rico and have thus realized the following rules apply to driving there:1. Slow cars must travel in the left lane.2. Tailgating is mandatory.3. Turn signals are strictly forbidden.4. One way streets go whichever way the other car is going.5. Distances are in kilometers, speed limits in miles per hour, and gasoline is sold by the liter. Go figure (and brush up on your math skills).
