    If the bleeep don’t penetrate, how is he holding on? Claws shouldn’t either, right?

    This is so typical of these birds! When I lived in Florida and now again here in Arizona, woodpeckers don’t seem to know the differencebetween wood and metal. Being awakened to the sound of the “riveters” can be jarring! Great job Thom!!

    Stonehenge - You and I KNOW these wacky birds! Thanks for the kudo! Shippingtroll - I have no idea how they hang on. They’re stupid cartoon birds - who knows how they do ANYTHING?! :)
