Meat eater vs. vegetarian? Not good!

That ended that conversation! I’m with you, Porcho!

Gotta have my meat, they go good with my vegetables.

If we weren’t meant to eat meat, why does it taste so good?

haha when come to veggies some of us none meat eaters can be mean ! i’m with nacturna!

I’ve gone a year without meat and didn’t even notice. On the other hand, I had hamburgers on the grill last night. As long as it tastes good, I don’t care.

Veggie dog?

Awwww! The family is breaking up. Hope we can look in on Nocturna, occasionally, to see how she’s faring.

And so begins Boomer and Poncho’s great adventure. Maybe he will discover Chazz while raiding his garbage can.

Soy burgers are so not good.

And so it’s time Poncho to spead your wings….

What happened to Whitey?

I think poor Whitey has continued to fall off in bits… now he is just a pile of fluff… What about Poncho’s twin, the little stylish guy?

Maybe soy (tofu) burgers taste better after they’ve gone rancid, sitting in the garbage for a few days.

When Orlando first showed up in the regular continuity, Poncho seemed to have forgotten all about him by that time. It’s possible that we won’t see any of the other pups again during Year One, although at some point he has to return to retrieve Plankie. It could be that, after a while with Boomer and maybe Chazz, Poncho will return to Under-the-Porch and find it deserted, and Plank of Wood will be his only memento of his origins.

Then again, I haven’t been doing too well with my guesses so far…

Porcho has confirmed that Nocturna is a girl. There was some question about that. I think it’s cute that she refers to him as Perry.

I’m still concerned about Whitey and the other pups. I would really like to know what happened to them. Also, how is “mom”?

I don’t like loose ends and that’s what I feel is happening here.

Whitey got de-wormed. There’s no reason to assume anything worse happened to him.

If there are loose ends, I’m sure they’re deliberate rather than oversights. Now that Poncho’s family has been introduced, once we get back out of “Year One” Gilligan can bring any or all back as he sees fit, and get caught up then.

Yeah, that’s the worst guess that I was referring to…

I don’t think we’ll ever see Nocturna again. Vegetarian dogs don’t live long – they starve to death!
