This year it’s the 18th because the 16th is a holiday in DC, and the 16th is a Saturday, so the holiday got pushed back to the 15th, making it a holiday in DC, which is the seat of government, so – It’s complicated.

I have always considered it as a Gov. savings account ! Now a days it pays almost the same interest rate as the bank !
