I don’t know how long my jog usually is, but do I get out of breath quite easily after about two blocks.
Well, a 4-minute quarter mile is the equivalent of a 16 minute mile. That’s 3.75 miles an hour, or a slightly brisk walking pace (without passing out).
I can’t run (bad knees) but I walk twice a day and do 1-1/2 miles in 30 minutes.
If I tried that I would get a free ride to the hospital(or the morgue)
I’m happy if I just don’t fall down!
Grasshopper… I haven’t heard the term croaking in a long time. My father used it to refer to someone that died. :-)
Once I did a mile in 8:29. The good old days. From Michael
Lovin’ the headband; he must be sweating like a rickshaw-puller.
You have to stop and smell the roses.
