I think this may be in a time before HOA’s were in existence.

The Jock is really holding the gate key in the lamp……

Apparently Thom is afraid of being called a racist. Never saw a white lawn jockey. Dumb.

We have white lawn jockeys up here in Canada…or used to. I don’t think it is an improvement.

As a side note, a black jockey denoted a “safe house” for blacks escaping slavery en route to Canada, via the “Under Ground Railroad”.
