I’ve kinda wondered whether or not Agnes ALREADY wears glasses. I assume not, because Trout and Granny wear glasses and the frames are clearly visible, and no frames are visible on Agnes. On the other hand, Trout’s pupils are visible through her lenses, Granny’s pupils are not, and Agnes has no pupils.
In addition, on those occasions where Agnes has been known to wear sunglasses, the only difference in the art has been that her big, empty eyes have been filled in with black.
