I bet there are real professional chefs (Emeril Lagasse, Gordon Ramsay, et cetera) who dislike eating certain recipes.
I’ve cooked stuff I wouldn’t eat myself. Mushroom soup, for instance. I can’t stand ’em. But my Mom loved it. She did eat every bit, too. :)
I’m no super-chef but I have prepared dishes for others that I disliked. Locally, snails are a big deal at this time of year. I’ve never eaten one, basically because my SO doesn’t like them either.
