I remember taking my granddaughter and her small dog Roxy with me to the bank to make a deposit. Finished making the deposit with the drive up human teller. She handed me what looked like jerky and said that’s for your little friend. I thought she meant my granddaughter, so I handed her the jerky. My granddaughter took a couple of bites and said grandpa this doesn’t taste good. She did not finish eating it, but did give it to Roxy. Roxy gobbled it up. Sometime later, I went to the same bank and told the teller about the jerky. She then informed me that it was dog jerky. We’ve had a laugh about that ever since.
