Tonight on the 10 O’clock News: Six-year old boy crashes car through garage door!

Did his Mum and Dad walk to their date? I don’t recall them having more than one car.

She locked Calvin in the garage? And it’s still STANDING?

He’s got an hour and a half to plot his revenge. I’m guessing his parents took a cab.

Every time I read a Rosalyn strip, I think about what a jerk she is. Sure, Calvin gives her trouble but “little monster?” She should be fired, locking Calvin in the garage.

Doesn’t Calvin ever tell his parents what happens during their dates…such as being locked in the garage?

Indeed, she was a pretty horrible babysitter. Note, too, that she took the first step that was out of line. This is her first time babysitting Calvin, and she locked him up before he had done anything. Remember that when Stupendous Man locks her out of the house later.

Hobbes wears a wristwatch?

Well well…here comes the best part which is their PLAN!!!Eagerly waiting to see what’s gonna happen to the terrible babysitter ;)

It is not wise to lock that nut in the same room with a large object.

Letting air out of tires is pretty easy, tho it would transfer the guilt back to him, from where it is now on her. What he should really do now is call a lawyer.

Too many tools in there for my opinion and we all know of Calvin.

Did she lock them in there with a bowl of water and some kibble?

@WildeBill: They both seem to have the same kind of car, possibly in the same color. Calvin tries to sell one car while his dad is at work.@The Wolf In You Midst: It was her first time babysitting him, because Calvin’s mom comments about his reputation. Rosalyn would have heard some stories, though. She might not have believed some of those stories until she took the job. Like say, “The Noodle Incident.”

You’re right, she shouldn’t have locked him the garage.

First time, it should be in the closet with the lights off.Second time, in the refrigerator.

Not a good idea to put HIM in the garage!

His parents only require two things to keep them happy. No phone calls during their date and no law suits from the baby sitter.

I wonder if Calvin grew up to be a good babysitter himself. After all, he probably knows what the kids are going to do even before they can think of doing them.

Too many hazards in a garage. A good babysitter would’ve bound him up good and tight for his own safety.

Wow, locked in the garage! So much stuff to play with and so little time…

Hobbes too? or did he came voluntarily to keep Calvin company? Well, at least it was just the garage. I was locked in a cage once! Of course, it wasn’t a baby sitter. They were my cousins, but still. I never got a baby sitter. My whole family did all the work.
