Bing Crosby sang it best.But wouldn’t the rate inflation since 1936 make “Quarters From Heaven” more accurate today? I’ve seen young people in recent years throw pennies into the waste containers or just onto the ground. I see a penny, I can’t help it — I pick it up.
I take the money I find laying on the ground (almost always pennies of course) and donate it to charity. It might not sound like much, but one month I found $3.42. It does add up.
