Happy Earth Day!

April Showers redux…..

Last Rose – re your being stuffed up yesterday -I’ve had allergies & all the accompanying ick for 60+ years.Add tinnitus to that and I can take my pulse anytime without doing anything but sitting and listening. However, having a high frequency hearing loss in one ear and being stone deaf (nerve damage) in the other, I can’t hear much else. 8^)

Good morning and happy Friday to everyone.Re: the dementia conversation of yesterday. My mother and one of my father’s brothers had it. It took my uncle very quickly, but my mother carried on for years. I get scared if I forget something.

I started listening to them when mom was in the last stages of dementia.It was calming and soothing for both of us.I kinda developed a taste. I still have all my rock and pop on CD, and i listen to it when I’m taking a road trip, but i find that i want something else in the background when i am at home.Classical fits me right now.

Loved the Home Depot cat. It’s SO true here!

But won’t they be pining for the fjords then…
