I never understood the moral of that story. “I want a total wimp to be the mother of my children”?

Now I know why he is always wearing that crown: it is actually a fancy helmet.

Methinks the Royal Noggin has been bonked a few too many times already…

I want to know how Diana could pick up the corner of the mattress while sitting on it. Maybe it’s another princess test.

Well, Chuckles, she wasn’t a princess until after you married her, right? So the test results are kinda uncanny….

This whole series has been annoying me as I have always been 100% on Charles’ side in the whole Charles-Diana saga. She didn’t understand the deal & ruined things for everyone. Once she produced an heir & a spare, she could have all the love affairs she wanted, as long as they kept up a polite facade in public. But she wanted a love match, she humiliated the monarchy by whining about Charles’ infidelity on talk shows, and going to pop concerts. All she had to do was behave with a bit of dignity & she could have been queen — & had all the love she wanted on the side. Divorcing Charles & getting the sleazy boyfriend ultimately got her killed (although her death was reportedly due to the incompetence of the French paramedics whose protocol was to treat on scene. If she would have been rushed to hospital before she bled out, she would have survived. Entirely their fault she died, assuming that reporting is correct.) She was young but she should not have been that naive — she was raised in that milieu & knew that she was chosen for her bloodlines, not the love of the prince. His heart was permanently engaged elsewhere & she should have respected that & just did her job in exchange for getting to be queen. She came across as a complete idiot.
