Bloom County by Berkeley Breathed for August 04, 2017

I’ve been a serious fan of Bloom County from Day 1. but I can’t wait for this Charles & Diana arc to end. I never found it funny.

To be fair, Charlie would hardly be the first incipient father to get a little irrational.

You’re not a king yet and your mum will likely hold out ‘til the last moment. The most you’re going to be able to give for that pickle is your princedom.

This is the first time I’ve seen this arc – I’m finding it very amusing in spite of the tragic way the story ended in real time.

Telll ya what, Charlie. You give me your kingdom, and I will give you a pickle! Seems fair enough….
