I see a lot of people naming other ‘news’ outlets besides Fox, but Fox was the true leader in the “some say” industry. The others sort of had to adopt the practice in self-defense, and none of them do it much, or as successfully, as Fox does to this day. For some idiotic reason, it works. At least in broadcast ‘journalism.’ It doesn’t work as well in print. Too bad print is on the way out.
