All I have to say is that I regard that Dispatcher as a typical government bureaucrat (I had an uncle who was a real dispatcher, Army in WW II and private industry after the war)….
I never realized that anyone would visualize Fidel Castro as an extra from “The Treasure of the Sierra Madre”.
