    We will know it Dad is truthful in three or four months. That’s how long it took many of us addicts to get rid of the craving. People who escaped the addiction cannot understand the suffering the rest of us went through.

    when i was a small child my grandparents would come to visit from England every summer, but my grandmother, who smoked, hated american cigarettes and always had to bring her own.

    Ok. I know it’s a comic, but he could’ve just gone and bought another pack long before now. Or, if he’s anything like I was, he’d have a pack or two in other locations. I always had one in my toolbox, one in my car, and one in my service truck. ¯\(ツ)
