A few years ago there was an officer who got plugs and tried to deny it. There was a sergeant with roughly the same red color hair and so we carefully snipped some of his hair and left to on the officer’s pillow so he’d think the plugs were falling out.
the trick was keeping a straight face as the officer the next day was in anguish over it all but wouldn’t say anything.
