So I take it that Opus is not a fan of Willard Scott. Back in the day it was amusing just to read about how Bryant Gumbel used to feud with Willard as well as that film critic Gene Shalit. Apparently Bryant thought Willard was not very professional and Willard did not care for Bryant either.

Willard Scott is 87 years and 11 days old today. He was the original Ronald McDonald. He was also the local Bozo the Clown in 1962 – 1963.
