The mail order bride industry is in a slump because of supply chain issues.

If all you want is devotion and pampering, get one of those blow-up love dolls. It would be a lot cheaper, and they don’t talk back either.

There are some over the counter creams that work just fine. Also not as expensive as a mailorder bride. Had one here in our small burg and she dressed like a Ho!
