Not sticking up for George Will but the guy is a decent dude to talk about baseball with. Keith Olberman said the same thing, in that one may strongly disagree with the guy’s politics (as many of us did when Will was relevant in the ‘80s to early 2000’s), yet Will, Olberman and many of us progressives share a love of baseball, at least the way it was back in that era.
George Will still writes a column for the Washington Post. It’s kind of fun to read, if you’re in the right frame of mind (not sure if that was pun intended or not), but it gets pretty frustrating too.
