I guess I have to ask, did they get paid the same amount to fill the smaller graphic space? Because that would seem like less work for the same pay, and they are complaining about that?

I am reading this without my glasses on which explains why in cell 3 it looks like Thornhump is wearing a giant turban. No relevance, just a personal observation.

The latest estimate by the Department of Labor shows that union membership in the US continues to decline. Only 10% of the American workforce is unionized. Unions are not meeting the needs of the American worker and they are voting with their feet.

Unions had their place back in the day. They got the workers out of the dangerous sweatshops, seventy-two hour workweeks and some decent benefit packages, as well other things. Since then their reputation has been tarnished with corruption, too many times they created a hostile, “us against them”, toxic work environment. Today many employers are offering competetive wages and benefits that the union isn’t needed. After working in three different union shops over the years I can take them or leave them. The company I work for now has better working conditions and benefits than any union I ever worked for.
