There’s nothing even slightly suggestive in it. Still, that doesn’t mean it will be good to have Joe sing it to a patient. Might have a weak heart.

I guess people see sexual innuendo wherever they want to see it. All I see is lyrics about somebody’s lover who is sometimes there and sometimes not. Now I, personally, have a reason to hate this song: My name is Carmen, and ever since the mid 80’s people have been calling me Carma Chameleon. And Carmen Miranda. And Carmen Sandiego.
