It is celebrated by Catholics, sometimes on the nearest Sunday.

Also, The Holocaust Remembrance Day in 2016 is on Thursday, the 5th of May.

Note that in the Jewish calendar, a holiday begins on the sunset of the previous day, so observing Jews will celebrate The Holocaust Remembrance Day on the sunset of Wednesday, the 4th of May.
