Problem number 1: Weight gain

Not a good idea - after a while you will hate the smell……

No problem…after a while you won;t even smell it…used to work next to a popcorn cart, the only time I smelled it was when it was burned.

i had an upstairs apt across the street from a very good italian restaurant for a couple of years. did not get the cooking smell, but would not have minded if i had.

I lived on top of an Olive Garden for a year but when they found me up there they chased me off

Problem Number 2: Negative cash flow.

I rented a 1 bedroom over a Pizza Place for about a year, and loved it.

I’m told I use too much garlic, but the pot gets empty, quick. Never had a problem with vampires. Love bats, they eat little biters.
