Besides dog owners putting their animals in cute little outfits to walk I actually saw a woman pushing a dog in a baby carriage. The dog may of had surgery or was injuried. Then I saw a lazy owner tie their dog to the front porch and let the pouch poop all over the sidewalk for people to walk in.
