His guardian angel needs to read a few other comics besides Superman. Maybe then he’d realize that there are other ways to adopt a secret identity, aside from looking like Clark Kent.
Of course, with that pale complexion he’s not going to blend in terribly well anyway . . .

I always assumed the over dress was because he is so pale. He would claim a skin condition where he needs protection from the sun, though still a suit is not going to work for fun either way. There has to be a better option for him. But I guess at his age, he is a little stuck in his ways.
