No way Flo made spaghetti bolognese al dente.

Flo……… the recipy said it was a dish that could stand on its’ own………

Many years ago on April fools day, the BBC made a spoof documentary about spaghetti being harvested from a spaghetti tree in Switzerland. Very funny.

Spaghetti?I’m Italian, boys, country of pasta!!!Luckily, Flo didn’t try to prepare lasagne… that could cause some real digestion problem!!!

Today’s Andy is actually funny. Perhaps it’s because I actually knew a girl, who thought pasta al dente meant serving it uncooked ! I was served a meal similar to what his nibs received.

For the remainder of our relatively brief relationship, I did the cooking.

I did teach her some basics – like reading and following the directions on the box !

Andy is very considerate.

When you eat spaghetti without boiling it first, save one piece back for a toothpick!

I love the texture of uncooked spaghetti in my hands.

But I have to have a large clump of it. Just a few strands won’t do.
