Speaking of which….sorry I’m late, little monkeys…. but it looks like you’ve been doing a great job.

Some of you newer residents may not know we have lots of little monkeys tending bar on Tuesday and Thursday nights when Fenton is off…..

And Bev’s friend, the Fireman, comes in to help them out on Thursday nights when it’s a bit too busy…OK… not too busy….I know, you guys are professionals.

Meanwhile…. Graham still seems a bit disinclined.Hope he’ll come on down to the Tiki….we’ll give him a new slant on things.

One of my high school heroes…. math professor, song-writer, singer…

He’s still alive, but close to 90.I don’t think he performs any more…. but is still admired for his black humor…songs like “Be Prepared” (a spoof on the Boy Scout motto) and “Poisoning Pigeons in the Park”…He was especially swooned over by generations of chemistry nerds (raises hand) for being able to remember and sing THIS little composition that he more or less wrote.

Lehrer commented that when Henry Kissinger was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, it made political satire obsolete.

Graham has a reason to be a bit paranoid. He saw this on the news, this morning…
