GPS, bluetooth cell phone family plan…very high tech connected family with just one salary…but there is a road near the store, that’s what he is driving on! the bus was on a road before veering off and the store would be along a road.
Do love the detail of the drawings
Now Rover has a car, a bluetooth cell phone, a cell phone for the kid, a GPS system.. and has to eat his son’s lunch because the family lives hand-to-mouth.
What is it with motorized vehicles, death and Rover? Back on Sept. 24, 2008, Rover got two suitcases full of money from a Sheik in payment for young Mr. Skinner’s gasoline-saving device. Hoogie spent at least $4,000 of the money and Rover gave some more of it to Rufus in payment for some auto parts, but they still must have a load of cash left.
(PS: The sheik died in a car crash in an early October 2008 GA strip.)

Those GPS thingies are getting more popular. Sometimes have to be recalibrated to keep up with times.
