Jeff has the humility to acknowledge that he’s in a slump, but the delusion that he’s A-Rod.

Well, he doesn’t lack for confidence.

A better analogy for Jeff as a baseball player would be Mario Mendoza, for whom the Mendoza Line was named. It is said to occur at .200, and when a position player’s batting average falls below that level, the player is said to be below the Mendoza Line.

As for Jeff as a Baseball player I’m thinking Bob Uecker, as a military contractor I’m thinking DUCK AND COVER!

Overkill will have pharmacists to help break out of that slump.

When there’s this much ado about nothing, “thinking” isn’t what’s going on.

I saw those damned Yankees lose to that other Chicago team. I would love the Cubs to beat them in the series. I would buy 7 t shirts “Yanks lose to Cubs” and wear one every day. Hell I’d move to Chicago.

BlackHawks pulled it off. This could be the year, Cubbies. Couldn’t do in my Dad’s lifetime. Maybe next millenium.
