I ate at the PhillipsSeafood Restaurant in Ocean City Maryland. Didn’t the wait staff have to introduce themselves and write their name on the paper tablecloth? Maybe it was too trumatic an event to remember. Phillips is a crazy fast place to learn how to be a waitress!
We ate at Phillips on the Annapolis dock maybe ten years ago. The atmosphere was muggy and clammy, the tables were stickly (my wife found a hair stuck to the table…. that did her in!), and the prices were high. The food was ok, not great. We swore we’d never go back, but we were never tempted because in the perfect karma of the universe they later closed due to lack of business.
