I’ve always said that you’re not old until it’s too much work to stoop down to pick up a penny.

Heck, I’ll pick up a penny (if relatively clean) if I see it. Any higher denomination is a bonus.

If I get down to pick something up, I always look around to see if there is anything else I can do while I’m down there…

And if you find a bunch of coins, you never forget, and forever look in that spot, as you walk by, for more!

I found a twenty several months ago and before that all that I ever could find was a penny or a nickle usually in the 7-11 parking lot.

Thanks losing person. I bought a bagel sandwich with it and put the change in my piggy bank.

My dear wife found a hundred dollar bill in the church parking lot. No one claimed it so she spent it on herself and good for her.
