VSA is the group that ran the Trump event on the USS Iowa that started his charitable giving to veterans’ groups but they had actually lost their tax-exempt status before the event. Even though a donation between $100 and $1000 was required to attend. “Nonprofit Quarterly” called VSA a “fake nonprofit charity”. Now the Donald says he will vet the charities he raises money for.
Why does anyone want to vote for someone who has demonstrated he is willing to lie and then continue to lie when caught in the act? Clearly he claimed a donation that he didn’t actually make until the press started turning the screws to him. He wants to deport eleven million people and build a wall that Mexico clearly won’t pay for and it will start a trade war that will depress the US economy. He want’s the keep Muslims from entering the country even if they are US citizens. His multiple divorces and Megan Kelly meltdown shows how much respect he has for women. Trump University is being sued because students were scammed. He has multiple bankruptcies of his companies in the past with the investors taking gas most of the time. As president he can really screw things up big time and possibly start another war. People really ought to be scared to death that this snake oil promoter is even being considered.
The Republicans send troops into needless unpaid wars with inadequate equipment, don’t fund the Veteran’s Hospitals and don’t help homeless vets get jobs. Then they call the POWs losers. These are the ones you want in charge of the military? At least Obama has used drones, pulled out troops and tried negotiations. You want more troops sent to the meat grinder for your right-wing sensibilities?
