Yet another attempt at stalling by Blaze, but it seems to have worked. The cops are at the door. You know that Notta is not going to give up without a fight. This is going to get more and more interesting.

i will go with Vista Bill that Blaze will become a hostage.Notta’s mind is razing and will realize that Blaze was not calling for a pizza.

Forget the pizza, Notta’s going for her gun!

Did Notta make her call to Bribery?If she did, Tracy and Lizz may have a lot more than Notta to worry about.

At the least, Notta is looking at prison for being an accessory to attempted murder (Screwball with Putty Puss). Not sure what criminal act she could have violated with that video she did with Putty Puss.

It all began with Notta’s planto make a dirty moviewith Tracy out of plainclothes.(Isn’t Notta’s outfit groovy?)-But Notta’s not as cleveras she thinks she isPutty Puss tells all, and endsher sleazy little biz.-A shame the camera’s not onhand,all things being equal,Tracy’s entrance with his gunwould make for quite a sequel.-(I can’t help it. It’s contagious.)

It’s a glorious morning, VB and Tracy fans and poets alike!

Blaze has survived to this crucial point. Now, she needs to stay out of Notta’s way and not get between Notta and Tracy and Lizz (Sam seems not to along for this take-down). Blaze’s “safe place” would probably be behind Purdy!

I am a bit surprised that the action sequence is being put into the weekdays rather than being here on Sunday. I suppose we can expect a full week of action before this is finally over….

Who do you think, Notta? Payback time? Naw, she’s not gonna do a murder rap…..

If Purdey is ever going to make his move, it had better be now.

The Crimestoppers today is a double-edged sword—if you give your kids trust issues by snooping on their private conversations, they’re more likely to hide important things like being in trouble from you. (Especially if you blow up over what they consider things that they consider innocent/none of your business.)

I agree. I have had a hunch for a while that Blaze is going to die. We shall see.

Notta’s about to go out…in a “Blaze” of glory!

Notta had a chance to listen to reason, but she turned a deaf ear to Blaze’s good sense. Now Blaze has done Notta wrong. That knock on the noggin’ led her to sing a sour song. While nothing Putty says will be admissible in court, I suppose Blaze could say Notta sent the video and gave Screwball Putty’s address. Still, hard to see any serious charges coming to trial, let alone conviction. “Screwball told me he wanted to see Putty so he could forgive him.” There was no attempt to make money off the tape and it was Wendy’s decision to air it. Time will tell. Here’s hoping Notta doesn’t escalate and kill Blaze in a craze.

Make up your mind — are you Gomer Pyle or Captain Marvel?Actually, although the word did originate with the Captain Marvel character, Gomer Pyle said it frequently on the Andy Griffith Show – see the episode where a gold shipment is supposed to come through Mayberry.

In the first panel that Willy007 posted today, Notta says, “No more slaving for that pig, Diet Smith. . .” How ironic that she ended up slaving for a crook named Piggy, in circumstances much worse than the legitimate job she had for Diet Smith.

I smell a hostage situation tomorrow! And I still think this ends badly for Blaze.

If Notta’s going “downtown”, DT and Liz will need to stop at Dairy Queen first so Notta can get her hairdo touched up.

I have a feeling no one is going to get killed here, maybe wounded though. I think Notta will try to use Blaze as a shield but Blaze will do something that turns the tables. The wild card here is Purdy. Let’s see if he can do anything?
