I start listening to internet Christmas stations occasionally in May or June, pretty often in September, a great deal of the time by the end of October, and keep going till the middle of January. I don’t see how people get through the miseries of life without it. But then there are so many year-round Christmas stations on the internet that it’s easy to find a few programmed according to what I think is good taste. Having to depend on the taste of broadcast stations, or shopping malls, would make Mr. Gray’s remedy tempting even to me!
