Iceberg lettuce ain’t that great.
Iceberg is nice for crunch, but it has less nutritional value than any other lettuce (I guess the pale color is the clue). We no longer eat it, preferring arugula or spring mix or even spinach leaves.

I’ve a patio green garden: winter kale, spinach, swiss chard and bib lettuce; started out as a lark and I just got carried away. Lol :^)
It got replaced by greens that have actual taste.
