Sure is hard to keep up with the times’ new forms of communication. Although I text too, when was the last time people ever bothered to talk with one another which is what phones were meant for?
Tonight my nephew texted me and the rest of my siblings with good news. Unfortunately he sent it as a group message. Every time someone texted him “Congrats” they used ‘reply all’ and my phone was buzzing all evening. The technology wouldn’t be bad if it was used properly.
I text a lot but I rarely call people. When I installed WhatsApp, I thought it was pretty awesome for those blue ticks to mean that your message was read.
Texting was better than calling last month, when a relative was in a hospital, other relatives were visiting her, and I was working. Not a quiet place to work, people all around, and I kept moving around.

Texting is for less important things… If it’s important CALL.and get a response.

Not everyone wants to leave the stone age, giggle. In fact, some of us (ahem!) still have flip phones.
