Think his accent is a bit off.

Finally a cat language translation! I’m should practice this on my cats.

First panel it’s a “He”. Last panel it’s a “She”?

I think the last panel should have had the cat say something like..“I can’t understand a word he just said.” or “Is he speaking english?”

‘HSS!’ is the cat expressing its unwillingness to be made as holy as Swiss cheese.

“Oh, and your hovercraft is full of eels.”
